🔹 Check-in / Check-out
• Check-in: From 4:00 PM.
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out: $60 + tax, subject to availability. Request one day in advance.
• Unauthorized late check-out: $100 per hour.

🔹 Reception Registration
• Guests must register at the front desk with a photo ID and vehicle license plate to receive their parking decal.
• If arriving after 10 PM, return before 11 AM the next day to register or a double registration fee may apply.

🔹 Garage Remote
• The remote is provided inside the apartment.
• Lost or damaged remote: $120 replacement fee.

🔹 Luggage Storage
• Free during office hours with advance notice.

🔹 Packages
• Accepted up to 30 days before arrival.
• $5 per small package; $10 per large package.

🔹 Housekeeping & Supplies
• The apartment is professionally cleaned before arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included.

• Use a four-digit code followed by the letter A.
• After-hours assistance for an incorrectly locked safe: $150 fee.

🔹 House Rules
• The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
