IMPORTANT: Registration condominium fee of U$ 41.50 per apartment (non refundable) it is NOT included on the price. This must be paid upon check in and it is one time fee for the entire group. Registration fee includes 2 electronic FOBS that will give you access to the condo amenities such as swimming pool, tennis courts, etc. Once you check in, you will receive a Parking permit. Please always leave it visible on the dashboard of your car all time or you can will be booted ( U$ 65)

You can receive packages by mail: $5 per small package received and $10 per big package received. Please don't send it with more than 30 days of anticipation.

Sunny Isles Beach is a city located on a barrier island in northeast Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States. The city is bounded by the Atlantic Ocean on the east and the Intracoastal Waterway on the west. Currently, it is one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Miami with high rise luxury condominiums and hotels like Porsche tower, Armani Tower, Trump condominium, Acqualina resort, Jade Beach and Jade Ocean. Sunny isles Beach it is very safe, you can walk anytime. Our condominium it is located just steps to the beach ( it is like a block away) and in front of the condominium there is a huge park ( great for kids! . Just a few blocks away, you have many commercial stores like supermarkets ( there is a mini-market inside the condo too) , bars, restaurantes. coffee shops etc and also you have the Aventura Mall ( one of the best shopping malls of Miami ) just 3 minutes away driving.
Sunny Isles beach it is located about 25 minutes driving to Miami Beach, South Beach. 30 minutes driving to Fort Lauderdale Beach, 10 minutes away from Hollywood Beach, 25 minutes away to Wynwood, Midtown., design district and Edgewater areas. We highly recommend to rent a car in Miami. Distances are long and public transportation it is not frequent.

My place is close to Aventura mall , The Cheesecake Factory, Sushi Siam, Ramada Plaza Marco Polo Beach Resort, Heritage ParkA. You’ll love my place because of Aventura Mall, the neighborhood, the location, the people, the ambiance, the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

How is the process to check in into the unit ? 
We will send you an email with instructions so you can access to the apartment. If you arrive during business hours ( Monday – Friday from 9AM to 6PM please ask for our office on the ground floor ( CU-7) located inside the Ocean Reserve condominium so we can help you out in your entrance. Please remember check in time is from 4:00PM and check out is UNTIL 11:00AM.
 
•At what time is check- in time ? The rental period begins at 4:00PM on the day of arrival
 
•At what time is check-out time: The rental terminates at 11:00AM on the day of departure, unless prior arrangements have been made.
•Can I make an early check in ? We can’t guarantee an early check in with anticipation due it is subject of availability. Please send us an email just 2 days before your check in date to see if can be confirmed. The early check in fee is u$ 60.00 .
 
•Can I make a late check out ? We can’t guarantee a late check out with anticipation. Please send us an email to just 2 days before your check out date asking for this request. The late check out fee is u$ 60.00
 
•Can I have a crib ? Yes, It cost only U$ 60.00 for your entire stay.
 Please send us a message before coming to confirm availability.
•This rental includes daily cleaning service ? No, the cleaning fee we have charged it is only to clean the apartment after your stay. If you want daily cleaning please let us know and we will quote you this service.
 
•Can I send packages ? Yes, the condominium will charge you U$ 5.00 for small packages and U$ 10.00 for big packages.
 
•Is the pool heated ? Yes
•Can I have beach chairs and umbrella ? Yes, we will provide you 2 beach chairs , an umbrella and 2 beach towels as a courtesy.
 If you need more, please bring them.
•Where is the beach located ? Just crossing street ( less than 5 minutes away)
 
•Is parking included ? Yes, we will assigned you one free parking space. If you need additional parking space you have to use the valet parking service.

For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
