Modern 1 Bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, partial bay view apartment located across the beach at Ocean Reserve Condominium (19370 Collins ave, Sunny Isles Beach, FL).

This comfortable apartment (1005 sqft's - almost 100 square meters) has everything you need for your holidays. It is completely furnished for maximum 4 guest. Equipped with everything you need for your stay: linens, towels, Beach umbrellas, beach chairs and towels (Rental doesn't include daily housekeeping). Fully stocked kitchen with appliances (toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher microwave and utensils); dining table with 6 chairs.

IMPORTANT: Registration condominium fee of U$ 51.50 per apartment (non refundable) it is NOT included on the price. This must be paid upon check in and it is one time fee for the entire group. Registration fee includes 2 electronic FOBS that will give you access to the condo amenities such as swimming pool, tennis courts, etc. Once you check in, you will receive a Parking permit. Please always leave it visible on the dashboard of your car all time or you can will be booted ( U$ 65)

IMPORTANT: The condominium is doing renovations on their balconies so it could be possible you can hear noise and can't access to the balcony. Prices were reduced 35% of normal prices for this issue. If you would like to make the reservation you are accepting these terms and we are not going to accept complaints about this.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1) REGISTRATION FEE: It is not included on the price the condominium REGISTRATION FEE of u$ 51.50 per apartment per stay ( Not per person, not by night) . It is a mandatory fee that everyone has to pay upon check in with credit card. Once you check in , the receptionist will give you a parking permit and will explain you where it will be located your parking space in the garage.
2) GARAGE CLICKER: We will leave you a garage clicker inside the apartment so you can open the garage. Please don't lose it. If you lose it or you put it inside the water it won't work and we will have to charge you U$ 120.00 to replace it for the next guest so please make sure to don't lose it or put it in water.
3) CHECK IN time is from 4:00pm. If you arrive later than 10pm , the receptionist will give you access and then you have to come back the next morning before 11AM to make the check in at the reception. If you don't go to make the check in the next morning, then you will be charged twice.
4) CHECK OUT is UNTIL 11:00AM.
5) EARLY CHECK IN or LATE CHECK OUT , please let us know in advance. We can't confirm any request with anticipation. Our flexibility depends on other reservations so if you need an early check in , let us know 2 days before your check in date and if it is possible it cost an additional U$ 60.00 that you can pay it on our office located at Ocean Reserve condominium ( office CU-7 - lobby level)
6) OFFICE HOURS: We have an office inside the condominium - Office CU-7. FlatsAway. If you need assistance we can help you with your needs on regular business hours . Monday to Friday from 9.30AM to 5.30PM . Please don't call or send messages at 9PM with requests because you won't be helped it. Please respect rest hours , we also have a life to live!
7) LUGGAGE DROPOFF : You can leave your luggage in our office ( free of charge ) if you arrive in business days / hours ( Monday - Friday from 9.30AM to 5:30PM ) , if you need luggage dropoff please let us know in advance so we make sure someone will be in the office.
8) Packages: You can send packages but with no more than a month before your check in date. If you send it with more than 30 days it will be returned. It will cost U$ 5.00 each package for small packages and U$ 10.00 for big packages.
9) CRIB: we can offer you a PACK N Play that has an extra fee of u$ 60.00 . Let us know in advance if needed .
10) Tennis courts: You have to reserve it directly on the front desk ( free of charge )
11) Swimming pool hours: Sunrise to senset
12) WASHER - Make sure to buy the soup that says ( HE) . could be the Tide brand or anyone but it has to say ( HE that means High efficiency) because if not it will be working for hours and it will be end.
13) SAFE. The apartment has a safe. To use it you have to put 4 numbers and then letter A . Please REMEMBER those 4 numbers and press the numbers SLOWLY with patience . Please don't call at 3AM saying " This safe doesn't work and you are putting wrong numbers because we will have to go there and charge you U$ 150)
14) CLEANING : We deliver the apartments fully cleaned and inspected. If you notice something not properly cleaned please let us know inmediately and we will send back the housekeeper ( We pay the housekeeper to give a great service) . Please don't call during the night to say " the apartment is not clean , give me a refund because that won't happened" . If you claim during normal business hours we will help you out if something happen.
15) SHAMPOO, DETERGENT, SOUP, PAPER TOWEL, TOILET PAPER : We will provide you this item ONLY for the first day of rental as a courtesy so you don't have to buy everything once you arrive but then you have to buy your own supplies. Inside the condominium there is a minimarket in case you needed and there are multiple supermarkets nearby.
16) TOWELS and LINENS: We will provide you 8 towels and 2 beach towels and linens. If you need more than this quantity please bring them. You have washer & dryer that you can use it if you need to replace them.
17) BEACH ESENTIALS: We will provide you 2 beach chairs and an umbrella as a courtesy so you can take to the beach! If you need more please bring them.

Ninety percent (90.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
