• Early check-in / late check-out: $60, subject to availability.
  Confirm one day in advance.

🔹 Reception Registration

• Guests must register at reception with a photo ID.
• If arriving after 10 PM, return before 11 AM the next day to register or a double fee may apply.

🔹 Garage Remote

• The remote is included in the apartment.
• Lost or damaged remote: $120 fee.

🔹 FlatsAway Office

🔹 Luggage Storage

• Free during office hours with advance notice.

🔹 Packages

• Accepted up to 30 days before check-in.
• $5 per small package; $10 per large package.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
