******* IMPORTANT ********* : Upon check in ALL guest must pay a one time registration fee of U$ 51.50 in the reception ( that fee it is mandatory and NON refundable) .This fee it is per apartment per stay ( not per person)  Once you check in , the front desk will give you a parking permit. That permit must be ALWAYS visible on the dashboard of the car all time. Otherwise, your car will be booted and it will cost you U$ 65.00 so please make sure you leave the PARKING PERMIT VISIBLE.

IMPORTANT: The condominium is doing renovations on their balconies so it could be possible you can hear noise and can't access to the balcony. Prices were reduced 35% of normal prices for this issue. If you would like to make the reservation you are accepting these terms and we are not going to accept complaints about this.

BEDROOM 1 : One comfortable King Bed with excellent quality mattress, a 50' LED TV with cable tv. A baby crib ( Pack N Play) can be placed by request for a U$ 60.00 fee.
BEDROOM 2: Two Queen beds with a 50' LED TV with cable tv

Bathroom 1: Full Bathroom with tub including towels (we will provide you 8 - towels are not replaced). If you need more please bring them or you can wash them. There is washer & dryer inside the apartment. We also provide two beach towels.

Our FlatsAway office it is located inside the condominum ( office # CU-7) and it is open Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. If during your stay you have any question please contact us as an emergency case, if not wait until the next day.

The Gulfstream Park, Casino and horse track is only 10 minutes away, in Hallandale; go to the Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood, Haulover Beach, and Marina, Bal Harbor Shops, Miami Beach and the Art Deco District and so many more beautiful places of Dade and Broward

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Ninety percent (90.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
