This lovely unit has everything you need for a great vacations ! It is located just 25 minutes from Miami international and Fort Lauderdale Airports, and 15 minutes driving to Port of Miami and the famous South Beach. This exclusive beachfront resort hotel and spa is situated between the famous Bal Harbour shops and Aventura areas of the northern section of Miami Beach. For your convenience this condo is located just 5 minutes driving to the biggest malls of Miami ( Aventura mall).

There is a King size bed in the bedroom and a pull-out couch in the living room, comfortably accommodates 4 people. Wide balcony and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean, city and the inter-coastal.

IMPORTANT: Parking is NOT included. It cost u$ 35 / day . Beach service is not included too ( beach chairs & umbrellas on the beach). We will leave anyways 2 beach chairs and an umbrella inside the unit as a courtesy in case you don’t want to pay it

Sunny isles beach is an upscale neighborhood where many celebrities live. There are many hotels, bars, restaurantes and their beaches are amazing ! It is just 15 minutes driving to the famous South beach and just 5 minutes to the biggest mall of Miami (Aventura mall)

Parking is included on the price (it has valet parking and their fee is included in your price) , the bus pass by Collins Ave in case you need to take it but I don't recommend it because it takes like 30-40 minutes to arrive. Car rental is recommended.

Is it possible to send packages ? NO, The mailbox is for exclusive use of the owner. You only can send packages to our offices and then we will take it to your apartment. We charge only u$ 10.00 per package.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Ninety percent (90.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
